I had a bathtub clog and did some research on who to use. My friends also used this service so I felt good about that. I went to the website, submitted a request for service and had a response to my initial request for service in 3 minutes on a Sunday at 8pm. Nick came out the next day (I requested 430 on Monday for an appointment) and was contacted prior to arrival to let me know the status of an exact arrival time. Nick has a great, easy going personality! He explained the problem, showed me what he was doing to fix it and walked me through how my old house pipes functioned. I will be able to fix the issue on my own in the future should an issue arise. Thanks for prompt response and service!
